Integrity, hhhhmmmmmm? Integrity would be not destroying the value of every share holder that bought this stock, thinking it was a young energetic company. A company that was ethical, cared about its share holders and would prosper through ethical business practices. It would be a company that through a competent CEO woould keep its investors informed. It certainly would not be a company that diluted the stock into oblivion, only wanting to gain as much as possible as the company failed.
