The issue addressed by Admin to Mods was related to stickys or more specifically removal of stickys by one Mod that had been made a sticky by another Mod. This was addressed to the Mods in question. There are a Limited number of Stickys. I put out a proposal on managing sticky's yet have not heard back clearly from our 4 active Mods. So, we are at a stand still on this. However even prior to any agreement there should be no issue with removal and addition of stickys provided they are removed by the Mod that added the Sticky to begin with. No Mod can remove a sticky that was added by another mod. We still need to agree on how we will manage this ongoing.
As for the iBox, there is plenty of room for any information needed. There has been no concerns of how this is managed by Admin to the Mods.
