I respectfully disagree. Toups/CEO/BOD have been very transparent with investors:

Accelerated and timely SEC filings.

Unprecedented Reconciliation with CHOPS.

Open meetings and presentations with investors

Facility tours with private investors

Auditor has no issues with LPH/SEC/PCAOB filings. A non issue.

Ms. Dong was not a RedChip employee as a member of LPH BOD, so nothing there.

Here's an idea to help you: go to the SFO small cap conference. Meet with Toups and go over your questions/concerns? It would really help!
