It doesn't change the fact about

the integrity of this managment team.Toups/CEO/BOD has mislead
LPH investors or flat out lied about upgrading
Auditors.They claimed from jump street about using bank loans
but back stepped on that also.Of course this means nothing to some.

Crane,Toups and Redchip smells.LPH Auditor is weak.
Lets not forget BOD Ms Dong.The EX Redchip employee!
Didn't she also work for a fraudulent company? Sweet!

LPH CEO has nice little house.But none of this matters,right?
