W/O recurring revenue it would be negative attention.

IDCC needs to re-sign Apple at a realistic rate and the rest of the market.

It's not in their corporate plan to give shareholders their dues!

It will eat into their bonus and compensation plans intended to enrich the insiders!

All we can hope for is some victory in the courts against NOKIA, LG, ZTE, Huawei, and LG renewal.

This will push the stock price up and maybe draw attention to some suitor(s) who will put a bid in for the company.

Right now, the upper $40's or lower $50's look good to me!

To increase a regularly paid dividend there has to be absolute visibility that the dividend can be sustained. Special dividends are paid when extraordinary amounts of cash accumulate due to asset sales and the like. I still believe that we will see a special dividend in the near future, particularly if another patent sale is achieved. JMO.
