The import of getting the filing complete is much greater with each passing day.
Not only from the investor standpoint but also from managements standpoint. All of us would have liked it to be behinds us, no doubt about it. We can find fault and state the reasons for not having filed yet and claim it is nothing more than excuses. Yet that serves no purpose in getting the filing completed
The dissapointing shareprice plays on us all has taken its toll in remarks made and through frustrations stated .
Here is why I feel very positive why we will file within the time I stated. The completed filing makes dealing ,negotiating selling other corporations much easier. Plus present and future investors feel that transparency is much more conducive to a prudent investing.
Management is sincere and committed to get the filing done. They do not like the share price either!
They know it is needed!
If I did not believe company was sincere in the getting the filing completed as quickly as we can , I would not spend any more time here.
We really can not compare, no matter how we decipher, look or portray the previous attempts . The filing would not have been approved !
We can complain, condemm, have fits or what ever and claim we are doing is holding management accountable.
Yet what happens we get emotional with our beliefs and we tend to get irritated with opposing views.
It is in all of our best intrests to get this filing done?
Yours, mine and managements, every present and future investors as well will benefit!
I firmly believe the S-4 will be filed within this month for the reasons stated.
