#31853 RE: stingray2 #31851

firmly believe the S-4 will be filed within this month for the reasons stated.
I hope you agree!

I hope for your sake it happens. If it wasn't completed by Sept. 1, you would be worried. However, they talked you out that worry. They are great at talking, but not at performing or completing any important tasks.

I do not agree. Knowing the history and really what else do we have to go on now, not Mario or Peter's claims we are working as hard as we can..............nah, I doubt we will ever see the audit and of course you know without that it's a no go.

How can Mario say the numbers were completed and they are fine, but somehow is not permitted to say "the auditors have signed off"

Sting the only reason he can't is because they haven't and
will not.

We need more dilution. Give them 50mshares and they will sign.

stingray2:
The import of getting the filing complete is much greater with each passing day.
Not only from the investor standpoint but also from managements standpoint.

WOW, glad to hear NOW management considers it important. Any idea how much in market cap they wiped out with this latest filing fiasco? I figure about 7 cents a share times about 700 million shares. (both companys)
No one has ever posted credible information that Semple & Cooper have even started the audit! Peter, Bill and Mario are not credible as they have all mislead investors as to progress on previous audits!
Sting, you say Management is sincere and committed to get the filing done. I say prove it, and we have not seen proof of anything except the loss of our MMXT dividends!

I firmly believe the S-4 will be filed within this month for the reasons stated.

All the reasons you gave are fine, althought I don't necessarily agree with them. But you are missing the fact that they cannot file until they have Q3 figures and they do not get those from manufacturing until at least 3-4 weeks after quarter end.

All the will in the world can't do the impossible.

If they really were hell bent on filing, they would have moved mountains not to have missed the Sept 30th deadline.
