I agree competely that there a potential distribution, but the key word is potential. I don't want to be a fun sucker, but just trying to be realistic. These people spent billions and billions(thats with B)on this case, and I don't think Lehman, the creditors, the trustee, or the wife beating judge every thought what the best interest was for the shareholders. Thats all Im saying. I hope I am wrong and we all got the matching numbers to the lehman powerball. With that said until I see the numbers in my account change, nothing has changed. Gordon Gekko once said, " don't emotional about stock it clouds the judgement"

Sure....why not. I agree that there is a reason to be optimistic. Requests for W9's, "alternative procedures" for a potential distribution, something is up IMO. Enough DD has been done on this board, especially by cotton concerning dividends, that it would not surprise me if they annouced a dividend tommorrow. We know it's at least possible. I still feel that absolute priority will be adhered to; CT's paid first, followed by preferreds, then commons. The only reason CT's have not received these communications is because our Trustee has taken all of the neccessary steps for us. We do not need to be in the OBS to receive a distribution IMO. Exciting times ahead for all classes of Lehman stock IMHO. Thanks for sharing your info.
