Respectfully, this should put this entire signature thing to rest. The NI 43-101 was done by a Geologist, John Nebocat (P.Eng.), the professional and qualified Geologist who is very qualified as indicated below:

Anyone choosing to question his qualifications can read the Form 6-K filed with the SEC below, but more important, one can read that the Geologis0, John Nebocat (P.Eng.), approved this NI 43-101 report file electronically by Tumi Resources Limited as he states with this SEC filing below:
