GLKC R/S was 7 cents before split and remains at 15cents plus - One of the few - the very few. They are indeed the exception and not the rule. R/S generally do it again and again. I had a few on the VSE that did it and were successful because they were doing it only once and not diluting the crap out of it as soon as the R/S like so many of tehse scams do
