things move very slowly in mexico. From what I understand, during the original investors tour it was noted ( didnt go on it) all information gets recorded into a book by hand and eventually the book gets recorded on to a computer and then updated. every change in every mine gets written by hand and then the understaffed agency places one person every so often to work on putting the information from the written book into the pc.

Not fishy at all. First of all, whenever there is a lien on property (legitimate or not) the records have to be stayed until ALL courts discharge the files. Remember that this case was heard in the 2nd, 5th, 9th Collegiate Courts, 5th Merchant Court and finally at the Federal Court. This involves a fairly long process especially in Mexico involving Mining Rights.

We have to wonder why BGL is putting out their fake PR stating that they are going to sell their rights to CM when they've never owned it. They are running out of time here, that's why and they know that they are obstructing SRGE shares from rising. But not for long.

In my opinion, news regarding the Registry will be available before October 7th (at the latest).

There is nothing fishy here Mula.

According to Court documents, there are 30 concession involved all together but the most important ones are the 13 in questions that BGL is especially interested in.
