I am pretty sure he is out and that the new folks have some plans with the corp entity that exists, most likely to use what they can from the old, there is some infrastructure that is def. usable. I think they will add something to the mix and then look for ways to improve the overall picture, assets that were there whether or not they were taken should, in the long run be a (non issue)

If that were true, "LABS", would not have paid money to GRADY. In addition, there was/has, not been any "DILUTION" on this stock. 51mm tradeable shares, could make for a great "POP", once LABS, starts to get MXMI "ROLLING" Time will tell??

I think Grady raided the corporate asstes and sold them as his own... in other words = FRAUD

Grady wishes, Grady does not have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out.

Jim made many mistakes, MXMI could have actually been a good company ,
