I am pretty sure he is out and that the new folks have some plans with the corp entity that exists, most likely to use what they can from the old, there is some infrastructure that is def. usable. I think they will add something to the mix and then look for ways to improve the overall picture, assets that were there whether or not they were taken should, in the long run be a (non issue)
