As much as I want to believe that theory, its been posted on here thousands of times over. Even when we get financials, they fall behind within 6 months and off the radar totally. IMO, they don't have the skillset to manage a pubicly traded company and need to hire someone to do it!! Let them do what they do best, make swimware and wine and dine.

which is totally disgusting since EVAN promised us an update in SEPTEMBER of 2012, and because Gary has been saying since march that an auditor 8k, PR's and filings were imminent.
