I hope that's a mistaken statement. I thought we were soooo close to the S-4.... a couple weeks....

Now, it's "possible" 3 months from now??!!! That, Mario, IS depressing!

As Neil implied, it is impossible for us to accept that these 2 small joined-at-the-hip companies can't complete a merger within a reasonable timeframe.

And, Mario, whether you agree to call these events "delays" or not, they ARE delays.

You again did not answer the question. I know what the company wants us to believe. The s 4 is moving along. Yes, each day it mopves but in no direction, from side to side.

Once again............did the auditors sign off, A simple "yes" or "no".
