The numbers are in order and there are NO problems, as indicated in the status report, certain filings need be made and that has occured, yes, its taking longer than originally communicated but progress is being made and there are no delays, we are moving forward daily on the merger and it is very well possible we can have a completed and approved s-4 filing by the end of the year.
