My guess would be since the PRs are company initiated those same PRs could also be deleted by request from EMPM? Just a guess there.

There is no mention of the buy-back in the 10Qs and apparently it wasn't considered a "material change" so no 8K was issued about it. Looks to be more and more like it was a FLUFF PR from every angle that you look at it.

Now with the inflow of spam there is probably a party boat loaded and a attempted flip in progress. I did find a older blog post from some Bermuda something or other group that pretty much mirrors the current spam emails. The only difference is the current spam has lower current share price and lower projected target. Just got a Best Damn Penny Stocks alert that a new promo is coming. Maybe the rumor mill can point their fingers here! LOL
