Last line of the EMPM Buy-Back program is the worst. "If any shares are purchased they may be retired or they may be made available for employee benefit plans or other appropriate purposes."
That highlighted portion would leave the shares in the OUTSTANDING column and STILL be DILUTIVE to share value. The fact that we never got a PR stating success, completion nor extension puts me on the side of doubt that it was ever started and the PR about doing it was just fluff.
Still HIGHLY suspicious about this company and the recent activity has warning written all over it.
