To damn coincidental that premiumstockreport.com showed up on that site. And with Peter Leeds still active on Twitter and his other site - my guess is it got hijacked rather than sold.

And the way that wayback was wiped out for the history of pennystocks - someone didn't want anyone to see what the previous site was.

I think with that server thing though - when you sign up for anonymous domains they will host you all over the world - part of keeping your identity secret and has nothing to do with where YOU are located.
