Well said. They claimed filings no later than the end of the month. If they do, caveat comes off and we will have a better idea on the direction we are heading.

Saying a stock with caveat emptor blows, is like saying my underwear smells bad after 3 consecutive days of abuse. It's pretty obvious without an explanation. But just like some good laundry soap to lift the stank from my undies so could a filing to lift the caveat. :-)
