By 2015 they should have plenty of restaurants to retail sell the beef at over 5000USD the head vs 2600 wholesale now. Not to mention the health food shops and wholesale centers they will have by then. So that should more than make up the reduced margin from the resale of externally grown cattle. So I can't see why the net margin will be less than 10% ?

Except it may make sense at the very low beef prices that are/were prevailing, that Solomon says will rise 70% in two yrs. There was another revenue figure given along with that 800 mil, which was 400 mil plus. I never understood what that represented, did you?
