All facts considered, over-bought, over-sold, PR's and what-not, the most interesting facts are that the recent form 4's show a purchase for shares at .015 and that's what I like. Healthy pullback EOD and some great flip-opps intraday, now with the updated 8k, dilution over we have a great chance to buy some cheap shares and ride the next leg up.

No is not. A shooting start does not confirm reversal, in unreliable. someone did not do their homework. A pierce of top band indicates major breakout. imo
