.15 is not a real resistance level, 21 to 22 cents is the only real resistance over head. Check out a weekly and monthly chart, at least 2 years back.

12 cents was last hard resistance before 21-22 cents, and we blew that door down late last month. Once we put .22 behind it heads for fib numbers like .36-.38 and .50
