I think you are mistaken, Mark clearly said he will be going to AFM with the trailer of WS to attract buyers at AFM but the final version will be ready in the 6 months or so. He also used the reference that some movies are sold just on the basis on there posters.

So I wont be surprised to see Mark coming back from AFM with a deal for WS.

It's 6 to 8 months........that doesn't mean it can't be sold before then. This is just when it would be 100 percent complete.
