That is the same website that stated :

So that website has no truth... Just whoever pays they will post

Mexico mining center is not a Gov't website.
Sinem is a Gov't website and even they have a disclaimer.
However SRGE lists no properties other than Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera.
LOL Bandera is also listed on these properties.
