I guess these are open to interpretation and can be a number of things. Either insider trading, foreign entity trading due to opposite hours as us, or just the MM finishing things up. If it was one big chunk though, my guess is that some institution is loading for some reason.

A form that FINRA requires brokers to use for reporting equity trades executed outside of normal market hours. Form T trades occur during extended hours - before the market opens and after it closes. The objective of the Form T reports is to maintain market transparency and integrity.

budmgd, Form T trades are pre-arranged sells executed off market as not to disturb trading.
