CEO's responsibilities lies with the shareholders. It may not be fair that he takes all the blame, but being he is the leader and the buck stops with him as we look to him for answers not employees. Everything passes through the CEO.
If he can't handle that type of pressure and responsibility he shouldn't be a CEO and resign. His responsibility is to lead and grow the business while answering to shareholders. That is the way it is on the Big Board, but seems to be a little different in pinky land. If Kaye ever wants to up list he better get his s**t together and be ready to bear full responsibility for the operations.
Life as a CEO has its positives and negatives and answering to shareholders though he may not like it but it's his duty. Seems like he wants the cash, but not wanting to deal with the fall outs of his decisions to the PPS.
