I do think it would be beneficial for the company to communicate exactly what the performance metrics are that would allow Raphael's shares to become unrestricted. But another statistic to monitor:
PPS before Raphael (9/6/11) - 17 cents PPS now - 30.5 cents
Of course, if we use the bid at .2222, that's still a 30% increase over where it was when Raphael was brought in. That percentage is a lot bigger than the increase in the O/S.
OK, they diluted...but where is the filing? You got all over Wadi for speculating because he couldn't show a filing...OK so now show us the 63M filing. OS is what is sold by the company, not what the TA issues. That's why it's called "Issued AND Outstanding". Can the company sell them...of course. Have they? No, last report was 58.4M, no subsequent filings have changed that. Show me the 63M filing...anything less is SPECULATION.
