I do think it would be beneficial for the company to communicate exactly what the performance metrics are that would allow Raphael's shares to become unrestricted. But another statistic to monitor:

PPS before Raphael (9/6/11) - 17 cents
PPS now - 30.5 cents

Of course, if we use the bid at .2222, that's still a 30% increase over where it was when Raphael was brought in. That percentage is a lot bigger than the increase in the O/S.
