We are having dilution. The question is how much do we tolerate before we say this is enough! How much do we tolerate before we say they don't care for the average share holder, that they are diluting the company beyond a reasonable level. How long do we tolerate their accumulation of hundreds of thousands of dollars without a word to the share holders. There is very little support for the share price. I repeat what I always say, the primary obligation of the CEO is to the share holders, all the share holders.
