He cant be, a few posters wish for ANDI to stay down so they come up with ridiculous scenerios that dont hold water. Just ignore them, the facts... we are moving this company forward. WE SUPPORT ANDI AND THE CEO< ALWAYS HAVE AND ALWAYS WILL! Go back to my posts from last year....always preaching that Dustin can be trusted and continue to buy an hold your shares...so far Dustin has proved that the Buy and hold approach is the right way to play ANDI. For those who jump in and out....stay wet!

ANDI will continue to improve..the business model is strong..the shareholders are stronger. the weak will perish!

THOSE GUYS DONT UNDERSTAND THE NEW CONVERSION RATES. THE HIGHER THE STOCK PRICE THE LESS DILUTION AND THE MORE MONEY IS MADE WHEN CONVERTED. .17CENTS IS THE NEW MAGIC NUMBER!!!

SEE OUR POSTS BEFORE THIS!!

WHAT A GENIUS PLAY THIS IS!

OH I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT .17 CENTS A SHARE IS A WONDERFUL 10,000 PERCENT GAIN FROM HERE....

First off, we are not in the 250:1 bracket, but in the 450:1 bracket, so the potential dilution is 900m shares, not 500m. Second, as pointed out in earlier posts, there is a distinct incentive for B holders to lock in as many shares as possible, hence to convert early. It's simple to predict that resistance will be close to the the cutoff points of each bracket, so very good news will be needed to get above $0.0025 in the first place. Third, any dilution hurts, and this dilution hurts in particular as Action App as a company has noting to do with the preferred B's that were issued to finacne the title business and that are now being unloaded. 900m shares would still cut your ownership in half even if gobbled up eventually. Does that not "hurt".

Could you please be a little more specific on how this hurts please! Thx
