ICE, as I scroll down your page from your first link in your post I see this sentence in "Paragraph 31.2" (Going Concern Considerations)


The Company will, in all likelihood, fail to comply with the terms of the agreement under which it obtained the rights to certain technology that was expected to become the basis for the Company’s future success and is subject to losing rights to such technology.



I would like someone in the company to clarify this in writing and tell us the plan to remedy this problem.

Before everyone gets mad at me ...ICE posted it and it is public Info...

The first answer a few years back was to protect the patent from Cornell but there is no Cornell threat any longer.
