EarnestDD, confirmation from a Federal Government link...

From the Federal Government website/link below, click on page 4. It lists/states that SRGE (Southridge) owns the Cinco Minas & Gran Cabrera and to further analyze, they are listed under that Federal website section that's called "PRODUCTION PROYECTS" which is where they list projects that have been confirmed to actually be in production. See below for a snapshot (see where I have highlighted Southridge):

New website says MSJ owns it and Bandera's court victory is on it i.e. The lien remains intact.

Couldn't access your link. According to the Mexican Supreme Court documents, it shows that Bandera LOST. Stock tanked to like 4c and never recovered.

I think Bandera's loss in court is plain as day.
