Yours is also speculation. You have no idea how funding will be done. For all we know the BOD funded with their check book.

There are numerous options to securing the funds SIRG needs and a bit of research would show those options. I already suggested the Arizona Pension Funds but you ignored that possibility when in fact they have been providing funds.

it will rely heavily on convertibles to get us from here to revenues in 2014. Count on it.

That statement is totally false! Equity funding is used by hundreds of companies like SIRG until they can secure long term funds and those convertible notes are rarely over $100K making that option out of the question.

A search through the SEC files will show the above to be fact!

Are you aware that Marcum, their new accounting firm has a financing division?

Here is another example.

And another:

Red Kite Explorer Fund Ltd
Based in
Active in Western Australia, United States, North America, Spain

Red Kite Explorer Fund Ltd is operated by RK Capital Partners LLP (qv). It provides mining companies with project financing and metal offtake agreements which facilitate their initiating, or expanding mine production. All such transactions enable the Fund to purchase a mine's future metal production.

" There is no other realistic option"

I disagree.

Forward sales of copper can provide this against a loan of initial capital. It is what SIRG has been attempting.
