Again, that is pure wishful thinking and reaching for any possibility.

Yes, a pension fund could supply SIRG the necessary money. So could a bank, a venture capitalist, an individual, a financing company, a mining development firm, a government agency, or any number of other sources.

But none of those is a likelihood. I can spend countless hours researching every possible funding source, but none of them is relevant except as wishful thinking. The vast majority of companies like SIRG, the VAST majority, get funding the same way....issuing more or preferred shares.
