Island; "they at abx should also questioned because the dispute of title is of the exact same land"
MSX had Catalino Albanez do a technical report and this is what MSX concludes:
"The Management of Mountainstar Gold Inc. believe the Albanez Report is correct, and the original area of mineralization lies within the “Superimposed Claims” areas noted below, as all claims noted are superimposed over/under, each other. Barrick has stated that the Pascua project area of mineralization is outside of the superimposed claims area."
Albanez/MSX say the mineralization is "within"..... and Barrick says the mineralization is "outside" of the Superimposed Claims areas. The 'dispute of title' is not about the "outside" area. If ABX is in fact developing their proposed area of mineralization (ie: "outside" of the disputed area), it may well be within their rights to do so IMO.
Reference the Albanez maps. www.cnsx.ca/Storage/1451/132933_MSX.pdf It's best to heed the information and data provided by MSX instead of what anonymous posters (including JL) claim on the chatboards IMO.
why is everybody so focussed on Jorge and his title We're focused on Jorge and his title because without it we have nothing.
he and msx have done nothing wrong JL has done something wrong. He promised to show us clear title by a certain date which has long since passed. This Chilean government website shows he has no title at all. http://www.sernageomin.cl
why is nobody questioning why barrick cant produce title I'm not questioning Barrick because this isn't a Barrick forum. Barrick doesn't have title either so there is no point in discussing them at all. You seem to think that because Barrick has no title that JL must. I don't follow that logic.
I don't understand how you can think that my concerns are laughable and garbage. JL has offered no proof of ownership even though he stated he would and Braelorne has provided us with the above link that shows us JL has nothing. It is an official government website. Doesn't that bother you in the slightest?
