SWKJ exactly right.Another scenario is that Prestige is still buying and it is being held back.I would guess prestige has more than 8.5 mill now based on the action last week or so.I also believe that with the meetings being friday and announcements being early next week,prestige would be finished by the time contracts are announced.In other words when they have what they want cheap the stock should move north a whole lot easier.I also have added on the low volume pullbacks.Bob
