Brian Weber stated BeBevCo is at a crossroads and can either
go private or uplist to NASDAQ. He just said the other day
he wished they were private so he could be more open about
giving information. The promised share buybacks this fall/winter
could be start of going private. The European/Asian part will
be a privately held company. The $4 million credit line is from
private investor/s. I am getting the distinct impression BeBevCo
does not need us anymore.
