Meaning that the 20 Billion A/S will be entering the
float if indeed the company can file at least one SEC document.

Doubtful MIHL will file any documentation,
but at least management has admitted that if they do file any SEC paperwork that the 20 Billion shares will flood the market.

Quite some time ago I asked you to show documentation to support the prefix 'Doctor' title. A person of your apparent standing must have a 'curriculum vitae'. Should not be difficult for you to show the issued graduate certificates. In my mind, they would lend some credibility here. As you may be aware the Dr. title has recently been misused in various schemes as a means to impress, much like the use of 'count' and 'prince' in the early 1900's.
With all due respect, if you show a title, you must be prepared to show the permissions. Check any doctor's office.
