MIHL IS AGAIN BEING ACCUSED OF BEING A SCAM

There continue to be accusation that MIHL is a scam. No reason is given for these accusations just links to the skull and cross bones which the company had provided ample proof that they are working with the OTC Markets to remove same. In fact the company had joined OTC Markets News and Disclosure service to allow it to provide the OTC Markets the necessary information to remove this stigma of the old management. A significant fee had been paid to OTC Markets for membership as well for legal expenses in preparing the paperwork that is required by them. This stigmata will be removed in the near future as soon as the Security Dongle is received from OTC Markets to allow the filing of the documents required.

On the issue of volatility: this is a sub penny market any fluctuation will be extremely volatile. The company is being accused of delays - as in every new business there are always delays. As one great General once said "No Plan Survives Contact with the Enemy". As a small company we are versatile and try to adjust to the various issues that arise and to solve them in a timely manner.

Although MIHL is being accused of a SCAM(?), the company had not sold new shares nor has the company management sold any of the stock they hold. The percentage ownership in the company had not changed since the new management took over. So where is the SCAM? The company had not marketed its stock, had not asked investors for money, in fact the company had been instead busily working on reinventing itself from its last unsuccessful incarnation under the old Management.

NO MARKETING IS TAKING PLACE OF THE COMPANY'S STOCK. All filings required by law will be made prior to one new share entering the market. No reverse splits are planned or part of the business plan now being implemented. If someone wants to accuse this company of being a SCAM then let him/her present their evidence to allow the Company an opportunity to respond. Just post DOOM and GLOOM without any basis does not constitute DD.

I again challenge anyone stating that this company is a SCAM to post their proof and not just empty baseless ranting.
