ThinkorDie - "how much as Apple paid to extend the 2 year cover-all license"

I was also interested in finding this info. I believe any cash payment or other agreement has not been made public. LQMT wouldn't have extended it for free, I assume.

1. If there was a cash payment, it should have been reported as revenues in the Quarterly Report. Maybe it will come out in the next quarter. Not sure what the rules on reporting are. I believe the initial $20M was also reported much later. (Sorry, I didn't make the effort to double-check on it at this time.)

2. Otherwise there may be an agreement on royalties on any sales, which again I am not aware of.

First of all,

Please do your homework first, ask questions second.

This is, at least, the tenth explanation concerning the original MTA agreement, the original TDA agreement and the original TTA agreement- 3 agreements, the second and third being subsidiary to the first.

1) The MTA agreement is IN PERPETUITY.....FOREVER and the price was and remains $20 million. PERIOD. Alreadly paid.

2) The TDA agreement expired in Feb 2012 and was extended 2 years to 2014.
None of this extension is subject to any future revenues. PERIOD.

3) The TTA has already expired and is HISTORY.

You may thank me in advance. No further answers to your question remain.
