Wow, quite a bit has changed since that R&D day, much for the better for LGND. A good event though, and I think that slide deck was the source for some of the early material on my website. Note the inaccurate statement about BACE entering phase 2 in 2010. From the later presentations, it appears as though MRK decided the doses in phase 1 were too high and adjusted lower. Not sure what else caused the delay besides the additional phase 1 trial.
