Audit Integrity specializes in AGR Ratings (Accounting and Governance Risk) a program that scores forensic assessments of financial statements and corporate governance. These ratings help in assessing the value of a corporation and the reliability of a companys financial reporting.

This is a Rating that a company considering a merger or aquisition transaction would find invaluable. Z said they were aggressively seeking a business combination comprising optical devices and systems.
Perhaps that is what's going on.
