Thats what I was saying its NOT like we woke up this morn and saw a rs filed late last night, its just a vote at a shareholder meeting in the future, that doesnt even have a date set yet!

If insiders want to pick up cheap shares, hell ... drop the R/S bomb some days from now, and don't screw around with a 1 for 10 split. Crap - propose a 1 for 1000 or higher!

I wonder if some disgrunted employee dropped this bomb today for "paybacks"?
