The catalyst was the note being finished which kicked off the highest volume ever for SMKY. Seems to me that phase 1 is finished now the second phase which is financing could be done at any time. The bid 150k shows the belief this will happen.

Then perhaps you could clarify where SMKY is going to come up with the money for new high power mgmt onboard.

I do not understand why all this great information has not been made public knowledge if it is true.

I do know that SMKY sure as hell could have used some high power mgmt with alot more experience than Eddie has a long time ago when they had investors seed money to pay their salaries, but I find the CEO too arrogant - He thought he could do this all on his own.

I dont understand how some can take elements contained in this new and improved "confidential" business plan as gospel truth - None of it has been announced formally via public information therefore once again many of us will believe it when it actually comes to pass.

Track records speak louder than "confidential" and unproven words and talk is cheap gang.
