It's been "about to happen" for about half a year, IIRC. What makes this "about to happen" any more imminent than when it was "about to happen" BEFORE the first, then the second, Asher conversion kicked in? Remember that not-so-oldie, and not-so-goodie?
Yup, we were assured that the financing would kick in before Asher could convert so Fearless Leader could buy Asher out with cash and, consequently, protect the PPS. That sounded like a better catalyst for financing to come through than any of the crapflood nonsense that has been polluting this board recently.
