#6610 RE: MIHL Board #6603

NICE POST! LIL GREGORY IS GONE!
My hat is off to you on that one! LOL
Looks like lil Gregory is in fact confirmed old history and the Russian Mafia thingy is substantiated as most likely being BS and it is getting more and more difficult for the fabricators of fanciful negative whims to succeed in getting attention here. In fact, it is getting more and more difficult for me to restrain myself from investing. I mean, what am I thinking of, waiting for MIHL to hit a penny first!

I didn't open the investor list as it required my signing in and I am not comfortable with that requirement. No particular reason other than it was an additional flag for me. Nevertheless, thank you for making the information available and responding so clearly on the case of lil Gregory. I think that it is pretty clear right now.

Oh, and what would shareholders prefer? Looks to me like the answer is showing up on the charts.

If you look at the Shareholder list Gregory Evans does not own any stock in MIHL. In fact, I have not spoken to him since June 14, 2012 when the control of the stock of the company changed hands. Let me categorically state that as far as we know he had not purchased any stock in the company nor is the owner of any of the company's stock. Of course the stock sells on the open market and anyone is free to invest in it if they like. However, as you can see from the shareholder register the majority of the current stock is owned or controlled by the current management. It is unfair the paint us with the same brush just because we purchased the shell from Greg Evans. Would the shareholder's been better off if we had not? When you are able to answer that question to yourself than I believe you can make the appropriate conclusions.

Re #6603:

Board,

If indeed what you say if true --- that Evans can only buy and sell as an outsider like the rest of us --- then I have no problem with whatever his participation entails. Perhaps you purchased the company from an Evans that portrayed himself in a vastly different light than that which he showed to us. Fact is, the man's talk never matched his walk; any measure of integrity was consistently missing in his conduct, and SPFM's record is proof of that. So, as long as this termite can't bore his way back into the fabric of your company, you and the rest of us will be okay. But then, only you know if that can happen. Let the owner beware.

As for me? Positive, but skeptical.
