You can look at the official shareholder list. As far as the share purchase agreement that was signed when the controlling block of shares were purchased by this management he has no repurchase rights. So unless he is a magician there us no way he can get back in.

HALF THE STORY ON LARCENY

You have noted lil Gregory's con ASK scam with SPFM, but one should remember that this was his sequel to doing an even better job of busting investors in LGTT. Spoofem was his second ripoff under the eyes of the SEC and his supposed friends in D.C. and with supposed FBI members or ex-members on his board of directors. It is this compounded history that not just raises investor ire but clearly makes him a pariah for any investment structure. The man should not be on the streets IMO.

I am very pleased to have confirmation that he is not part of the MIHL official business structure in any way. Granted, we can not prohibit Evans from purchasing shares on the open market either under his name or an alias. But we aren't in bed with the character.

I think that was a significant issue for me as I recalled the 1:2000 RS he orchestrated on top of an endless array of lies. MIHL is a significant step closer to being an investment position for me as a result of this information.

If you look at the Shareholder list Gregory Evans does not own any stock in MIHL. In fact, I have not spoken to him since June 14, 2012 when the control of the stock of the company changed hands. Let me categorically state that as far as we know he had not purchased any stock in the company nor is the owner of any of the company's stock. Of course the stock sells on the open market and anyone is free to invest in it if they like. However, as you can see from the shareholder register the majority of the current stock is owned or controlled by the current management. It is unfair the paint us with the same brush just because we purchased the shell from Greg Evans. Would the shareholder's been better off if we had not? When you are able to answer that question to yourself than I believe you can make the appropriate conclusions.

Re #6603:

Board,

If indeed what you say if true --- that Evans can only buy and sell as an outsider like the rest of us --- then I have no problem with whatever his participation entails. Perhaps you purchased the company from an Evans that portrayed himself in a vastly different light than that which he showed to us. Fact is, the man's talk never matched his walk; any measure of integrity was consistently missing in his conduct, and SPFM's record is proof of that. So, as long as this termite can't bore his way back into the fabric of your company, you and the rest of us will be okay. But then, only you know if that can happen. Let the owner beware.

As for me? Positive, but skeptical.
