That's not what I said. The warrants will act just like a rubberband pulling the pps back to 7.4 cents. The higher it goes the stronger the pulling force will be. That's what I mean by an effective cap!
I was on record saying that the revenue for the past q would be below 750k, that the pps would drop to 5 cents and that the warrants would be reset.
