It's easy enough to avoid the cashless excerise, but the 80m plus warrants at 7.4 will in effect cap the stock at that level!

Not a mess Space. Just that some do not understand what the warrants represent, and what is meant by permissible cashless exercise.

And, there is really no mystery here. Many companies reward Private Placement investors with favorable terms, and issue restricted warrants that may very likely be exercised at below market prices at some point.

To suggest that the warrants put some sort of ceiling on the PPS is without any factual or rational basis.

IWEB is trading great today on higher than normal volume of over 1.4 million shares. IMO, we will be trading considerably up from here within the next 30 days.
